Further Strength Added To The Personal Legal Services Division’s Ranks
Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth has hired a new Senior Associate, Nazia Nawaz, to join the award-winning Wills, Trusts and Estates Disputes team at the firm’s Leeds office.
Having qualified in 2003, Nazia is a highly experienced dispute resolution and litigation solicitor. She will be handling complex disputes between executors and trustees, contested wills and proprietary estoppel cases as well as disputes involving financial abuse and maladministration. Nazia is a member of The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
Nazia joins a growing team of expert lawyers across Irwin Mitchell’s offices in Leeds, Birmingham and Chichester, servicing clients across the country. Nazia’s appointment means her wealth of experience will further strengthen the existing team, which has plans to grow further.
In the latest Legal 500 Irwin Mitchell was ranked number 1 for its contentious trusts and probate work in Yorkshire.
