Second New Associate In A Month For Will, Trust & Estate Disputes Team
Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth has appointed Kelly Wharin as an associate solicitor in the Will, Trust & Estate Disputes team, joining the firm’s Sheffield office.
Kelly has a decade of experience in litigation, having started her legal career at HLW Keeble Hawson as a trainee in 2005. Her previous work in insolvency disputes and commercial litigation supports her experience in contentious probate work. She is currently working towards becoming a member of The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
Kelly is joining an award-winning and large team, which is ranked as number one by the Legal 500 in the Yorkshire area, and follows the recent senior hire of trust and probate disputes expert Nazia Nawaz in the Leeds office.
