12.09.2016

Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth – one of the UK’s leading private wealth firms - is proud to announce that it will be sponsoring Ladies Day at this year’s Southampton Boat Show.

The sponsorship arrangement highlights Irwin Mitchell’s ambitious plan to expand its business in the south of England. The national law firm has two offices in Southampton following its merger last year with law firm Thomas Eggar.

The merger was completed in 2015 creating a £250m law firm with nearly 300 partners with offices in 14 locations across the country including Newbury, Chichester and Gatwick. Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth was launched in April 2016 and combines the expertise of the teams from Berkeley Law, Berkeley Hurrell, Thomas Eggar and Irwin Mitchell, creating one of the UK’s largest private client firms.

Starting on 16th September 2016, the Southampton Boat Show features one of Europe’s biggest purpose-built marinas. The event will showcase the very best that the international marine industry has to offer with thousands of boats, brands and equipment on display, including the very latest world launches from powerboats to sail. There will also be plenty of opportunities for visitors to get out on the water for free and experience dinghy sailing, power boating or taking a ride on a RIB.

Ladies Day, which is held on Thursday 22nd September, is one of the highlights of the show and provides the perfect excuse to get dressed up for a day full of fun while overlooking the stunning marina, powered by Kube, and celebrate the inspirational woman of the sailing and marine world.
