Irwin Mitchell Advises On Latest Transaction
Manchester-based Brown Shipley, experts in wealth planning, investment management and private banking, has announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire The Roberts Partnership.The acquisition of The Roberts Partnership, a successful financial planning and wealth management business, is part of Brown Shipley’s strategy to build and deliver a leading financial advice proposition for its clients.
The acquisition will complete at the start of November and once completed, The Roberts Partnership will become a subsidiary of Brown Shipley and will ultimately join its Manchester office based in Spinningfields.
With a heritage spanning over 200 years, Brown Shipley provides investment management, wealth management and private banking services to a range of clients. It is a UK authorised bank and is part of KBL European Private Bankers (KBL epb), a leading European private banking network operating in 50 cities across eight European markets.
