Partner Returns ‘Home’ To Leeds Office

Irwin Mitchell continues to expand its market-leading medical negligence team, as newly appointed Partner Rachel Roach returns to the Leeds office after originally completing her training at the firm.

Medical negligence solicitor Rachel Roach is returning to Irwin Mitchell as a Partner after a couple of years as a Senior Solicitor in the Healthcare Litigation team at Hempsons, Harrogate.

Rachel originally completed her training at Irwin Mitchell and worked for several years as a claimant solicitor before making the move into defendant medical negligence work at Hempsons, representing clients including local NHS Trusts.

Rachel has a particular expertise in complex birth and spinal injury claims.
