Specialist Dental Negligence Lawyers Support Campaign To Raise Awareness Of Good Oral Health
National law firm Irwin Mitchell is showing their support for the UK’s largest and longest-running campaign to promote a healthy mouth led by oral health charity, the Oral Health Foundation.
The campaign named National Smile Month takes place between 16 May and 16 June and this year, celebrates its 40th birthday.
The campaign brought by the Oral Health Foundation aims to improve the UK’s oral health and hopes to raise awareness of key messages which go a long way in helping to maintain a healthy mouth. The three key principles are:
• Brush your teeth last thing at night and on at least one other occasion with a fluoride toothpaste.
• Cut down on how often you have sugary foods and drinks.
• Visit your dentist regularly.
National Smile Month encourages all dental and health professionals, schools, community groups, colleges and workplaces to join the campaign to help educate, motivate and raise awareness about oral health which will improve the quality of smiles across the UK.
