Trio Of Birmingham Lawyers Tackle Great Fjord Swim For RSVP

Legal Experts Take On Challenge To Raise Funds For Abuse Charity

18.09.2015

Three intrepid lawyers from national law firm Irwin Mitchell’s Birmingham office are swapping their shirts and ties for wetsuits next month, as they tackle a 2km swim in an Irish fjord to raise vital funds for the Rape and Sexual Violence Project (RSVP).

Legal experts Scott Tolliss, Joseph Dawson and Adam Wright are taking to the icy waters of the Killary fjord on October 10th to swim from County Mayo to County Galway in an attempt to raise crucial funds for the charity.

Based in Birmingham, RSVP offers confidential support services to children, women and men who have been affected by sexual violence and abuse.

The organisation is the nominated charity of the year for Irwin Mitchell’s Birmingham office and the firm’s specialist lawyers have been working closely with the organisation for several years to ensure that victims of abuse who are seeking justice regarding such ordeals can get the support they require.
