Located at junction 24 of the M1 and adjacent to East Midlands Airport in the heart of the Derby, Nottingham and Leicester triangle, EM Point is available for immediate development. The site, which is opposite Donington Park Motorway Services, is being a marketed as a bespoke design and build opportunity for the purposes of either Grade A self-contained office space, a showroom, an 80 bedroomed hotel, or 40,000 sq ft of industrial space.
