Tom has joined as an Associate in the Banking and Finance team and is primarily a Real Estate Finance specialist. Tom joins from DLA in London and has undertaken secondments with both Lloyds and HSBC. Tom qualified in September 2007. Harleen has joined as an Associate in the Real Estate team. She was previously at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP for eleven years concentrating on investment and development work. During this time she took a client secondment with Westfield. Prior to joining Herbert Smith she was at Gateley Wareing (now Gateley plc.) Irwin Mitchell continues to grow and expand its Business Legal Services division in London and now boasts a partner team of 24 Partners together covering Real Estate, Tax, Banking and Finance, Restructuring & Insolvency, Employment, Corporate, IP, Pensions, Regulatory Investigations and Dispute Resolution.
