The property, which is being developed by joint venture partners Bruntwood and Kier Property, will be completed by the middle of next year with AG expected to relocate by the end of 2016. The property deal is the largest pre-let in the city since KPMG committed to 1 Sovereign Square in 2012 and will see AG occupy three of the building’s five office space floors.
