Team From Sheffield Law Firm To Tackle Corporate Relay
A team of lawyers from Irwin Mitchell’s Sheffield office are pulling on their running shoes to tackle the Kids ‘N’ Cancer Chesterfield Marathon later this month.
Taking place on September 20th, the event has been running for two years and supports not only Kids N Cancer, which helps children in the UK diagnosed with cancer to access vital treatment, but a host of other good causes.
Richard Shawcross, Josh Temple, Helen Jones and Nick Jackson from Irwin Mitchell’s Sheffield office will be taking part in the corporate relay challenge to raise vital funds for Kids ‘N’ Cancer.
Other Irwin Mitchell volunteers will also be on hand at the charity event to say hello to both competitors and supporters and provide advice on the firm’s services.
Richard Shawcross, Medical Negligence expert at Irwin Mitchell, said: “It is great to support the Chesterfield Marathon and raise awareness about the great work that Kids ‘N’ Cancer do in the local community.
“We are proud to support this fantastic organisation which provides so many families with invaluable support and help for parents and children who desperately need it.
“The whole team has been training hard for the event and we’re all hoping we can rise to the challenge on the day!”
