Authorities Investigating Issues Raised By Visitors To The Anson Farm Pub
Specialist lawyers acting for victims of illness outbreaks have called on public health authorities to work quickly and thoroughly to investigate the cause of recent reports of illness following visits to The Anson Farm pub in Thornaby.
Public Health England and Stockton Council are now working together to investigate reports that visitors to the site on Teesside Industrial Estate had subsequently suffered gastric illness symptoms including diarrhoea and sickness.
According to Gazettelive.co.uk, the pub – which is operated by Greene King – is also collaborating with the environmental health experts to establish if there is any link between the illness and the site.
Irwin Mitchell’s specialist illness lawyers, who represent those affected by illness outbreaks and similar problems at holiday resorts and on cruise ships across the world, have welcomed the steps taken to tackle the issues at this site.
The team notably act for over 200 people affected by the illness outbreak following visits to the Toby Carvery’s Exeter Arms pub in Middlemoor in April.
