Inquest To Be Held Into Death Of Newborn Boy

Medical Negligence Lawyers Say Family Hope Inquest Will Provide Answers

An inquest is to be held for a baby boy who died within hours of being born at the Serenity Birth Centre at City Hospital in Birmingham.

Lewis Booton-White died on 20 May 2013 after being delivered in the early hours of that morning.

 His mother, Vicki White from Smethwick, has instructed medical negligence lawyers at Irwin Mitchell to investigate the care given to her and her firstborn.

 She will be supported by her legal team at the inquest into Lewis’ death which will be held at 2pm on Monday 18 August at Birmingham Coroner’s Court.
