Lewis Booton-White died on 20 May 2013 after being delivered in the early hours of that morning.
His mother, Vicki White from Smethwick, has instructed medical negligence lawyers at Irwin Mitchell to investigate the care given to her and her firstborn.
She will be supported by her legal team at the inquest into Lewis’ death which will be held at 2pm on Monday 18 August at Birmingham Coroner’s Court.
