Focus On Social Media In the Workplace
The Manchester office of law firm Irwin Mitchell will host a Mock Employment Tribunal on Wednesday 21 May 2014 at The Midland Hotel.
This event will be an ideal opportunity for delegates to witness “live” Employment Tribunal proceedings and will be based on a real case presided over by our Employment Tribunal Judge.
The mock tribunal, which will be focused on disciplinary procedures in relation to the use of social media, will be supplemented by additional input from Irwin Mitchell’s expert team of employment lawyers. In addition to answering questions during the session, they will provide further advice on adopting best practice to maximise the prospects of succeeding in a Tribunal.
Expert Opinion
