Growth Of Business Legal Services Continues With Appointment

National law firm Irwin Mitchell has added to the litigation expertise in its Sheffield office with the appointment of solicitor Linda Roberts.

Arriving at the firm from Heatons in Manchester, Linda has experience in a broad range of commercial litigation issues with particular expertise in property areas including landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations, breach of covenants and possession claims.

Linda is another welcome addition to Irwin Mitchell’s Commercial Litigation team, which received ‘number one’ rankings in both the Chambers and Legal 500 independent directories towards the end of the last year, with the Sheffield team being described in the latter as “one of the best regional commercial litigation firms”.

Her appointment also comes not long after the team increased its expertise with the appointment of property litigation specialist Lisa Stratford from Weightmans’ Manchester office.
