Latest Addition To Fast Growing Business Legal Services Team
The Sheffield office of national law firm, Irwin Mitchell, has appointed Louisa Chan to its insolvency and restructuring team.
Louisa, who moves from hlw Keeble Hawson LLP, is an insolvency Solicitor who specialises in dealing with a variety of both contentious and non-contentious personal and corporate insolvency matters.
A member of R3’s Ladies Committee in Yorkshire, she also deals with debt recovery issues and handles claims ranging from small to multi-track. Her clients include companies, insolvency practitioners and private individuals.
Louisa is also a Solicitor-Advocate, an accreditation usually associated with Partners and senior Associates which allows her to appear in civil proceedings within the High Courts of Justice in England and Wales.
