Established in 2003, JPD supplies and installs kitchen appliances to builders and developers. The £10m turnover business has been bought by its managing director, John Evans, following the retirement of the company’s founder and chairman, John Beckingham.
Corporate partner Paul Johnson and associate Sandip Khroud from Irwin Mitchell in Leeds advised on the deal.
Funding has been provided by The Royal Bank of Scotland and RBS Invoice Finance. Rob Burton, corporate finance director at Mazars, also advised on the deal.
Rob Burton said: "JPD Contracts (UK) is a quality business we have worked with for a number of years. They have a well-deserved reputation and impressive customer list. I have enjoyed working with the company to support them in this next phase of its development and will continue to work with John Evans as he drives forward its future success."
