New Site Provides Enhanced Customer Support Functions
Specialist debt law firm, Ascent, has re-launched its website with a range of new services designed to further enhance the way it communicates and engages with customers.
The website - www.ascent.co.uk - incorporates a new ‘My Ascent’ section which offers a range of useful benefits. The new interactive section allows customers who are experiencing financial difficulties to contact Ascent and if necessary, submit an income and expenditure report, make an offer of payment and access payment details.
It also provides a number of self help tools including clearly signposted and easily accessible automated links to free independent advice and help.
Glen Walker, Head of Conduct Risk at Ascent, said: "Our priority when updating our website was to further improve our engagement and support tools for customers.
"We want to encourage customers to take action and make contact with us and for them to be fully aware of the free independent advice and support that is available to them, when often through a change in personal circumstances they find themselves in financial difficulty.
"We understand that many people experiencing financial difficulties want to resolve issues as soon as possible and practicable, but are often unsure of the steps to take. We want to help these people by providing as much good quality information as possible through our website and by opening up as many communication channels as possible for customers to engage directly with us."
The new site also includes a section which provides a clear and detailed overview of Ascent’s capabilities in its four key service delivery channels of Collections, Litigation and Recoveries, Mortgage Lender Services, Field Services and Enforcement Services.
