Irwin Mitchell Advises IDH On Web Design Purchase IDH Positioned For Future Growth 06.02.2013 The Leeds office of Irwin Mitchell has advised Ingenuity Digital Holdings (IDH) on its acquisition of Wetherby-based web design and development agency NetConstruct. Based in London, Harrogate and Leeds, IDH is a search engine optimisation and digital marketing specialist. NetConstruct provides enterprise level websites and e-commerce stores for business-to-business and business-to-consumer application to mobile, video, online training and systems integration. Paul Johnson, corporate partner at Irwin Mitchell in Leeds, has advised a number of marketing agencies of their strategic M&A activity in the last few years. He said: “I am delighted to have advised on the deal. This is a great acquisition by IDH which expands its range of services and gives it a firm platform to grow its market share across the UK.” Dennis Engel, chief executive of IDH, said: "To date, the primary focus of the group has been search marketing for medium and large companies in the UK and internationally.
