Industry Body Names Paula Myers On Contentious Solicitor Of The Year Shortlist
The national head of Irwin Mitchell’s specialist Contentious Probate team is celebrating after being nominated for a prestigious award by a leading industry body for the second consecutive year.
Paula Myers, who joined the national law firm last month, has been shortlisted in the Contentious Solicitor of the Year prize as part of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) Annual Awards.
It is the second consecutive year that Paula, who is based at the firm’s Leeds office, has been shortlisted for the award which recognises outstanding work helping clients affected by disputes related to a loved one’s will, trust or estate.
The nomination is also just the latest good news for the Contentious Probate team, which in the past couple of months was also ranked as a top-tier practice in the industry standard Legal 500 guide.
Paula, who holds an Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, also featured on the national elite lawyers list in the listings and was described as “a serious player” who “gets results”.
