India Expert Joins Law Firm’s Growing Business Team
Irwin Mitchell’s Leeds office has appointed Sandip Khroud as an associate to its Corporate team, as part of the national law firm’s ongoing plan to develop and strengthen its specialist international offering.
Sandip specialises in advising businesses on M&A, private equity and PLC client matters related to Europe and Asia. He has also enjoyed spells in his career working in Mumbai and Delhi, helping to set up joint ventures between companies from Yorkshire, across the UK and beyond.
He is joining Irwin Mitchell after four and a half years at Eversheds, where we worked for a range of companies including large US clients.

News of Sandip’s appointment is just the latest in a number of major hires to Irwin Mitchell’s business team, following a busy few months for the national law firm.
Earlier this year, the firm across Yorkshire announced the appointment of dealmaker Matt Ainsworth from DLA and construction, as well as engineering specialists Julie Morrissy and Steven Bate who also both joined as partner.
Irwin Mitchell has also hired Dean Gormley to head up the firm’s banking and finance team in the North of England, adding to the appointment of senior finance partners and asset-based lending specialists Andrew Watson and Jon Bew.
