Real Estate Specialists Act For Client In £22.5m Deal
National law firm Irwin Mitchell’s Real Estate team has acted for key client Redevco on the sale of its long leasehold interest in 1-4 Connaught Place, London W2 to La Salle Investment Management for over £22.5m.
The sale follows refurbishment of the property by Redevco in 2009 to provide 30,000 sq ft of A grade office space and over 7 floors and 10 residential apartments.
The Irwin Mitchell team was led by Associate Solicitor Louise Cartwright, assisted by Solicitor John Arey.
The team has also worked closely with Redevco during the course of the refurbishment of the building, acting on the lettings of the office space and disposal of the residential units.
La Salle was represented by Partner Melanie Jordan and Associate Tim Regis of Ashursts.
