Birmingham Office Supports Local Organisation
The workplace injury team from the Birmingham office of Irwin Mitchell solicitors played host to a 30th birthday party on behalf of a local hearing charity.
The event, held to celebrate the 30th birthday of the Birmingham and District Tinnitus Group, included an afternoon of celebrations including a special Royal Wedding Quiz.
Guest of honour, the Deputy Lord Mayor of Birmingham, Michael Wilkes, officially cut the birthday cake on behalf of the charity which provides help and support to Tinnitus sufferers throughout the area.
Industrial hearing loss expert, Louise Scott, from Irwin Mitchell, also a member of the Tinnitus Group and a trained tinnitus advisor who co-ordinated the event said: “Tinnitus is a condition which is still widely misunderstood and yet nationwide affects more than 200,000 people. Sufferers can often feel very isolated so the work that this local charity does in providing help and support is a real lifeline.”
