Court Of Appeal To Reveal Position
Irwin Mitchell is eagerly awaiting the Court of Appeal's verdict this week on whether certain insurers should pay out to a number of families affected by the asbestos-related disease mesothelioma.
Many sufferers and families who have lost loved ones to the condition, and whose cases have been held up pending the outcome of the court's decision, will be keen to find out the outcome of the test case, which is to be announced by the Court of Appeal in London on Friday October 8th.
The lead claimant/respondent in the case who is being represented by Irwin Mitchell is Ruth Durham, whose father, Leslie Screach died after being exposed to asbestos whilst working as a painter and decorator for G & C Whittle Ltd.
