Road Traffic Collisions
A car that had been followed by police has hit and killed the mother of a 10 month old baby.
The pedestrian, from Halesowen, died in Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley after the black Rover 800 hit her.
Officers had been following the vehicle after it was seen "in suspicious circumstances" in a marked car.
The three occupants fled after the incident in Barrack Lane, Cradley in the Black Country.
