Man crushed under machine
The West Midlands & Shropshire air ambulance service had to scramble to rush a man to hospital after he was trapped by machinery in Tamworth.
The 38-year-old man was involved in an accident which saw him pinned by a large piece of equipment at a distribution centre in Tamworth.
The man, who is thought to be an employee of the Focus DIY site on Bonehill Road where the accident happened, had to be cut free by fire crews after being crushed.
The man was flown to Selly Oak Hospital for treatment and further assessment after being given pain relief at the scene. The ambulance service said he had suffered serious injuries.
An investigation has begun into how the incident took place.

David Urpeth from law firm Irwin Mitchell said: "Sadly like this case, industrial accidents are often serious and sometimes fatal.
"Whilst the exact circumstances of this accident are not known, something clearly went very wrong, resulting in a worker being crushed and sustaining serious crush injuries.
"I have represented many workers who have been injured or killed in similar work accidents."
