There has been an alleged outbreak of gastric illness at the Flamingo Beach Hotel in Kenya.
Reports suggest that dozens of holidaymakers have been affected after travelling to the hotel in June/July 2008.
Complaints include that food was reserved and left out for long periods of time and that animals including monkeys were seen in and around the hotel.
It is thought that a significant outbreak of illness has occurred allegedly due to conditions at the hotel and that the illness may have been caused by contaminated food or water from the hotel.
Irwin Mitchell has received enquiries from guests who were affected by illness after staying at this hotel and would like to hear from anyone who has been affected by this outbreak and invites anyone with details/information in relation to this matter to contact them.
