London Corporate Partner, Edward Persse, from Irwin Mitchell who advised Sharpcards said: We are delighted with this result for Sharpcards. The timing of this funding could not be better as it means that they are well placed to roll this out next year. On a personal level, Will Walsh is one of my oldest friends. He and Lorraine Stephenson have built Sharpcards Limited into a dynamic company with great potential for growth. I am very proud of their achievements and that they trusted us to advise them at this key stage.
