Irwin Mitchell deal with Corporate acquisition

Irwin Mitchell's corporate law team in London has advised Jones Lang LaSalle, a global real estate services company, on its acquisition of Environmental Governance Limited, known as Upstream.

Upstream is a strategic sustainability consultancy with a specialist focus on the property sector.

London Corporate Partner, Edward Persse commented: "This is the fifth successful acquisition on which we have acted for Jones Lang LaSalle in just over a year.
