London Real Estate Practice expands

Geoffrey Lander has joined Irwin Mitchell as a non executive to help build its London Real Estate Practice. Geoffrey is the latest in a series of high level recruits to join the expanding firm at its Holborn base in the capital.

Geoffrey was Head of Real Estate at Nabarros and retired from practicing law in 2003. Geoffrey currently has a number of non executive roles outside of the law and brings a wealth of industry knowledge, experience and contacts.

Geoffrey said: “I am delighted to be working again with an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial law firm, not as a lawyer but in a non executive capacity as an adviser. I wish I had had the benefit of the last six and a half years of working inside clients in a non-executive role, and seeing law firms in action as a client, before my own legal career. I have learnt a tremendous amount. I hope to draw upon these experiences and my previous 30 years as a lawyer to assist Irwin Mitchell in continuing to build a successful real estate group in London”.
