Pregnant Woman Suffers Whiplash Injury In Road Collision

Our client was involved in a road traffic accident on 2 April 2009. She was driving her vehicle along the M25 between junctions 25 and 26.

Traffic ahead of our client had begun to slow and our client adjusted her speed accordingly. Unfortunately the third party travelling immediately behind our client, failed to slow and collided with the rear of our client's vehicle. As a result of the accident our client sustained a whiplash injury and associated back pain. As she was three months pregnant at the time she sought treatment and advice from Chase Farm Hospital. She had 5 sessions of physiotherapy treatment, recovered within 12 months of accident.

Liability was admitted and our client received over £3,000 in compensation.
