US Student Accommodation Operator

Investors advised by Beaumont Partners Limited in joint venture arrangements with a US student accommodation operator and the subsequent acquisition of hotels in Canada for repositioning as student accommodation (US$80m).

AEW Europe

We advised AEW Europe in its joint venture arrangements with a US PE House on the creation of Luxembourg domiciled German real estate fund (€150m).

Chenavari

We acted for funds advised by Chenavari Real Estate Managers on various joint ventures with asset manager partners to acquire UK shopping centres and office assets.

Ellandi

We acted for Ellandi in its joint venture, co-investment and asset management arrangements with several partners (including Bridges Ventures and Lonestar funds)

Hayling Bay Capital

We acted for Hayling Bay Capital (management vehicle) in its joint venture with AXA Real Estate Investment Managers (£500m+) to create a pan-European logistics development business.
