What We Do
Our Recoveries team, ranked in band 1 by Legal 500 2011, provides a one stop shop from ad-hoc initial advice through to judgments and enforcement. We undertake all methods of enforcement including charging orders and insolvency action.
The team uses a state of the art case management system and provides access to clients so they can view their cases 24/7 via the intranet and management information on the cases we handle. The team provides commercial advice at every stage of the litigation procedure.
We have a variety of funding packages for volume work and will discuss individual requirements. A one size fits all approach is not applied as each case is handled on its own merits.

"The rapidly expanding commercial recoveries practice has doubled its volume of instructions over the past year and is supported by a strong litigation team. Experienced in the full process of recovery including recourse to insolvency proceedings and winding-up orders, this "efficient and speedy" team has developed an online case tracking and reporting system and is on course to increase turnover by nearly 80% in the current financial year. One client stated that he had "absolutely no doubt that appointing the team had been the right choice, purely and simply because of its results." Chambers and Partners
