- Advised Henry Boot Developments, a leading property development company, on acquiring a 100,000 sq ft retail centre.
- Advised OCS Group, the global facilities management business, on the purchase of their new head office.
- Advised a British Land and Gazeley joint venture on the sale of an industrial warehouse to Harrods Limited for £10.7 million.
- Advised Redevco, an independent international real estate company, managing and developing one of the largest retail portfolios in Europe, on the purchase of a retail investment in Bournemouth for £31million.
