What We Do
Our Real Estate Finance team provides a full service offering and advises on all aspects of real estate finance work including:
- Investment and development finance;
- Structured finance;
- Refinancing;
- Restructuring;
- Mezzanine finance.
The team has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border senior syndicated and bilateral facilities (including conduit loans originated for securitisation) as well as mezzanine facilities and related intercreditor documentation. Our lawyers have acted on loans made to borrowers, both domestic and offshore, including property companies, investment funds, partnerships, joint ventures and unit trusts and secured on properties including office buildings, shopping centres, hotels, care homes and portfolios of retail and industrial properties.
We have acted for leading banks and financial institutions as well as investors, developers and funds and we have in-depth knowledge of the needs and requirements of both lending and borrowing clients. The team also works closely with our tax, construction and planning teams.
