Recent Private Equity Deals
- Advised YFM Private Equity in the debt and equity venture capital trust investment in President Engineering Group, providing funding for the management buy out of the Conflow and Bestobell Valves businesses (the manufacturers of equipment for the global industrial gas and liquefied natural gas industries);
- Advised H Bingham Group on the equity and debt investment by UK Steel Enterprise;
- Advised South Yorkshire Investment Fund on the equity and debt investments in Wright Printing Services and BLP Furniture Components.
