Recent M&A Deals
- Advised IFG Group plc on the acquisition of the James Hay SIPP administration business from Santander for approximately £35 million. The transaction involved complicated business separation issues;
- Acted for the shareholders of Genesis Forwarding Group in the share sale to listed Australian freight forwarding giant Toll Group, (deal value in excess of £25m);
- Acted for the management team in the MBO of Samurai International Sportswear Limited, one of the UK’s leading sportswear and equipment manufacturers;
- Acted for Samuel Hodge Holdings Limited in the disposal of Breconcherry Limited to GEA Westfalia Separator UK Limited, part of the German multi-national GEA Group;
- Acted for the individual vendors in the sale of Fitz Samuel (Insurance Services) Limited to Riskalliance Insurance Brokers Limited;
- Advising Southbank UK plc on the reverse takeover of Aim Listed Nviro Cleantech plc. This included an acquisition pursuant to the Takeover Code of a CISX listed company and a debt refinancing.
