Recent Corporate Deals

• Advising main market listed IFG Group Plc on its acquisition of the SIPP administration business, James Hay Holdings Limited, from Santander for circa £35 million, together with related shared IT services;
• Advising AW Industries Limited on the acquisition of Auto Windscreens Limited from Arques Industries;
• Advising SuperGroup (owner of the Superdry and Cult brands) on its restructuring prior to its proposed listing on the London Main Market.
