What We Do
Our Complex Banking and Finance Litigation team is managed by Tom Seabrook. Assisted by James Chadwick and under the overall supervision of John Lord, the firm’s National Head of Recoveries, Tom’s team specialises in mortgage litigation and professional negligence, including:
