The Management Boards primary responsibilities are for the smooth running of the firm and for ensuring that the business strategy is realistic and right for the future of the firm. As part of its responsibility it regularly reviews the firm’s strategy and its performance against key objectives as well as formalising the firm’s 3 year strategic plan.
The latest 3 year plan entitled "Towards a Positive Future", set out the firm’s vision "to exceed the expectations of every client" and underpinned it with a set of values – to deliver innovative and responsive solutions that provide real value to our clients.
In addition to this strategic view, the Board is also responsible for the day-to-day running of the firm to ensure that its strategic risk review process is achieving its goals. The Board also has a critical role to play in securing new business and assessing risks to the brand and reputation of the firm.
