What Case Managers and Financial Deputies need to know about personal welfare and the Court of Protection

A FREE seminar aimed specifically at financial deputies and case managers addressing the overlap of welfare and finance cases within the Court of Protection.

Have you ever felt unsure on the scope of decisions that can be taken by a financial deputy? Or felt that welfare issues were arising on behalf of P but were unsure whether and how to seek to resolve them? Considering both the difficult legal and practical problems that arise.

We are delighted to announce that this seminar will include an introduction from Denzil Lush, Senior Judge at the Court of Protection, as well as sessions from Alex Rook, Partner at Irwin Mitchell and Victoria Butler Cole, Barrister at Thirty Nine Essex Street.

The seminar will be followed by drinks and canapés with an opportunity to network.

If you would like to attend please RSVP by following this link and complete the web form.
