A free seminar which will explore how charitable and voluntary organisations can protect their services against the current backdrop of Government funding issues, including how to challenge cuts in vital services.

This seminar will discuss the legal implications of the Government’s cuts and will highlight the practical issues, whilst also providing information to service users and contacts as to how to tackle decisions on public service cuts affecting them. Real life case studies will also be discussed, whereby charities and other voluntary care and service providers have benefitted from recent Court decisions, allowing the recovery of costs for those who are victims of personal injury or medical negligence where there is a successful compensation claim made.
