This educational video mini-series highlights some of the dedicated experts who support our seriously injured clients through their rehabilitation programme. The series focuses on some of the healthcare professionals that we will put clients in contact with, as we support them and their family in their legal claim.
The aim of this mini-series is to help clients and their families to further understand the rehabilitation process and the roles of some of the medical experts who will help them get their life back on track.
Our Client Liaison Managers (CLM) provide help and support needed to our clients and their families to adjust to life after a serious injury interviewed key industry professionals.
Episode 1 – Carol Collins, Chair of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers, explains what case management is, how and when a case manager gets involved with our clients and what makes a good case manager.
Episode 2 – Anna Wilkinson, Consultant Neurophysiotherapist and Managing Director at More Rehab in Sheffield, explains what rehabilitation therapy is and what makes a good rehabilitation provider.
