Irwin Mitchell’s fast growing Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team has been bolstered with two new recruits in its Sheffield and Birmingham offices alongside two trainees qualifying into the Leeds and Sheffield offices.

Partner and head of Irwin Mitchell’s Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team Paula Myers said: “Doug and Carla are both experienced lawyers within this specialist field of law and their appointment enables us to grow our national Will, Trust and Estate Disputes offering.

“We are a fast-growing team and have been ranked number one in the recent independent Legal 500 guide and we look forward to being able to help more individuals and organisations with their will disputes and trust disputes.

“Dealing with will disputes requires a sensitive but determined approach and both Doug, Carla and the other two new solicitors share our values in putting the clients’ needs first as we seek to resolve their problems.”
