In our latest campaign, we feature our client Jack who suffered a traumatic brain injury following a road traffic collision, which led to him being in a coma for three months.
Jack, was supported by the Court of Protection Team at Irwin Mitchell, supporting him with his deputyship and reaching the position where Jack was able to return to managing his own affairs. Being able to return to university after rehabilitation to complete his English and Politics degree at the University of York was a fantastic achievement for Jack. He then went on to write a book about how he has come to terms with his injuries, 'Battling a brain injury: the life that Jack built.'
Every day at Irwin Mitchell we see the devastating impact a serious injury can have, not only on the injured person, but also on their family.
The campaign demonstrates our commitment to understanding our clients’ needs and highlights that our multi-disciplinary teams are there, not only to give expert legal advice, but also to guide and support our clients and their families when they most need help.
It also illustrates that a multi-disciplinary approach is, and reinforces the message that being able to achieve a personal milestone, no matter how big or small, is attainable.
