Whiplash claim following road accident

Our client, a Maintenance Engineer, received out of court compensation settlement for whiplash injuries sustained in a road traffic accident in Norfolk.

He was a passenger in his girlfriend’s car when they were hit by a speeding motorist who lost control of his vehicle and hit the vehicle Mr Filby was travelling in. The other car rose onto the bonnet of his girlfriend’s vehicle. Police, ambulance and fire brigade were involved.
