Taxi accident caused injury lasting 3 years

Our clients, Mr and Mrs B, were passengers in a taxi on their way to Manchester Airport for their holiday. The taxi was involved in a head on collision with a vehicle which overtook a lorry on a bend.

Mr and Mrs B were both injured and spent 2 nights in hospital as a result of their injuries.

Due to Mr B's injuries, continuing for over 3 years, we had to issue proceedings at Rotherham County Court to protect his claim from becoming statute barred. Mr and Mrs B received compensation for their injuries, loss of earnings, cost of spoilt holiday, reimbursement of chiropractic treatment and travelling expenses.
