Our client was employed by Morrisons as a Café Assistant at the time of her slip at work. She was in the process of cleaning when she slipped on water on the floor and sustained fracture to her wrist.

Primary liability was admitted and an out of court settlement was reached. Our client received £7,650 in work injury compensation.
