The family of a Sheffield passenger killed in a road traffic crash have received compensation.

The accident occurred on Southey Green Road, Sheffield in March 2006.

Mr X was a rear seat passenger in a car being driven by his friend. The driver was travelling in excess of the speed limit and lost control of the car whilst negotiating a bend in the road.

The claim was settled by Nicola Meese of Irwin Mitchell Road Traffic Accident Team in Sheffield.
