Compensation for Passengers Injured in Minibus Accident

Minibus passenger injury compensation case

Mr and Mrs A suffered injuries when, travelling home from holiday, a car collided with the minibus on which they were passengers.

It was found the third party failed to stop at a T-junction and collided with the front nearside of the minibus.

Mr A sustained whiplash injuries to his neck and back and a 12 month prognosis for recovery was expected.

Mrs A sustained minor soft tissue injuries to her face and neck and anxiety inducing increased blood pressure. A good recovery was made over a 3 month period.

A claim was brought against the third party insurers who admitted liability at the outset and an offer was made following receipt of medical evidence.

Our clients collectively received £3,200 in injury compensation.
