Mr and Mrs A suffered injuries when, travelling home from holiday, a car collided with the minibus on which they were passengers.
It was found the third party failed to stop at a T-junction and collided with the front nearside of the minibus.
Mr A sustained whiplash injuries to his neck and back and a 12 month prognosis for recovery was expected.
Mrs A sustained minor soft tissue injuries to her face and neck and anxiety inducing increased blood pressure. A good recovery was made over a 3 month period.
A claim was brought against the third party insurers who admitted liability at the outset and an offer was made following receipt of medical evidence.
